We encourage you to get pre-approved for a loan from us PRIOR to locating a property. If you do so, when you do need a loan on a specific property, the information we need for your company and any owners/guarantors will already be complete, speeding our timeline to close for you. To start the pre-approval process, we will need all the items listed under "Entity/Guarantor Information" in the "Purchase-Rehab Loan Document Checklist" linked below.

Payment Options

Option 1:
ACH Auto-draft

Most of our clients set their loan up for us to auto-draft their payments. Please click here to submit your account information to set up your payments on autodraft or to change your account information.

 

Option 2: Mail Check

Here’s our physical address if you want to mail (or drop off) a check. Please include the property address of your loan on the check.

Option 3: Pay by Wire or ACH

Construction Draws

  1. You should have received draw instructions after closing.  If you need assistance at any time, simply email draws@skybeamcapital.com and we’ll get you started!

  2. When you are ready to submit a draw request, access your project at http://www.skybeamcapital.com/draws. We act quickly so you can complete your project even faster!

  3. To get your draw funds, please click HERE to give us your ACH or Wire Transfer instructions (please be sure to confirm with your bank that you are giving us a WIRE transfer routing number if you select to receive your funds by wire).

Payoff Requests

If you are ready to pay off your loan in full, please click here to submit a payoff request and we'd be happy to send you a statement. Just let us know the planned closing/payoff date so we can give you an accurate figure for that date.
